For all Modifications where the new Payable Amount is lower than the Original Amount paid, a Service Charge of 10% of Original Amount will be levied. In such cases, the Balance Amount (Original Amount less Service Charge and New Payable Amount) will be returned by Cheque (if you are resident in India) to the address given by you or by a Refund into your Credit Card account (if you are resident outside India).

For all Modifications where new Payable Amount is higher than Original Amount paid, there will be no additional Service Charges.
